If Jack Frost is tickling your toes too much then for the third year running the Helplines Team will be running their Santa Service.
This will mean that the lines and email service will be fully open 10am to 4pm Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 December.
In addition to this there will be cover for the Chat to Helplines Forum across all the festive days and bank holidays from 24 December to when we reopen normal service on 3 January. People will be able to get support and answers by posting and by private messages.

Could I add to that please? The Helpline has been an endless source of emotional and practical support to me, especially in the initial difficult months after diagnosis. I am extremely grateful for this site and for you all.
