Our Challenging Pain course offers you the opportunity to learn skills and techniques which can help you manage pain. Knowing how to manage your pain can stop it controlling your life.

You Can Break The Pain Cycle

Arthritis Care offers a number of different training courses to help people with arthritis learn new skills and techniques to better manage their arthritis at home.
The courses are informal, relaxed and fun and offer you the chance to meet other people with arthritis including the trainers who also live with arthritis.
The courses are very practical; you will learn more about arthritis and some easy techniques to manage your pain; relax and pace yourself. Previous participants have found that problem solving and setting realistic goals has enabled them to be more positive and regain parts of their life they thought they had lost.
