Growing up with arthritis can be an absolute pain – literally.

Breakout is a new resource written by young people with arthritis. They share their experience and tell it how it really is.

If you are worried about school, getting a boyfriend or girlfriend, getting friends to understand what it’s like to live with arthritis – it’s all covered in Breakout.

Download your free copy and read how others have coped with the challenges of having arthritis.

Below you can watch Clare Allen talk about what she got out of being one of the writers of Breakout and you can learn a bit more about some of the others who were involved.
