After a successful interview you will be asked to attend a three-day residential training course encompassing essential skills for working with young people with arthritis. These skills include counselling skills, group work skills and how to deliver a Positive Future Workshop.
There is also child protection training and all our volunteers have an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
