Meetings are held from 2-4pm at St Clements Church Hall, Dingwall on the last Tuesday of each month.
Meetings include a variety of talks on health, local history, craft and cooking. The branch also organises local trips and a Christmas meal.

Meetings are held at 7.30pm in Cumberland Street Day Centre, Dumfries on the first Monday and 3rd Wednesday in the month. The Wednesday meeting is for younger people. There are no meetings in January, July or August.
