Norfolk
More Challenging Arthritis courses are being delivered in the county on behalf of NHS Norfolk. To qualify for the Norfolk courses, you need to be living within the boundaries of Norfolk Primary Care Trust (PCT). This excludes Waveney and Yarmouth.

West Midlands
A series of Challenge your Condition self-management courses is taking place in the West Midlands area. Courses are six weeks long, each session is two and a half hours.
There is no charge for these courses. To qualify for one of the West Midlands courses, you need to be registered with a general practitioner in Coventry, South Staffordshire or Stoke on Trent Primary Care Trust (PCT).
