Arthritis Care in Central England is delighted to offer the 'free to participants' training courses in self management during 2012 in the following areas:
Norfolk
Funded by NHS Norfolk, Challenging Arthritis courses are being planned throughout the county (except Great Yarmouth and Waveney post codes)
Who is eligible?
People with arthritis over the age of 18.
West Midlands
For residents registered with a GP in the post codes within Stoke on Trent and Coventry, we have funding to run Challenging Your Condition courses.
Who is eligible?
Anyone over the age of 18 with a long term condition such as arthritis, diabetes, asthma etc.
