Please remember Arthritis Care in your will…

… and you can help people with arthritis regain their independence

Why legacies mean so much to us

Around one third of our income comes from people who have remembered us in their wills. A large proportion of our services for people with arthritis would not be possible without these generous gifts.

Every legacy we receive makes a big difference to the millions of people affected by arthritis in the UK. The donations we receive enable us to produce and distribute thousands of information booklets each year, run our confidential helpline service, provide people with the tools they need to manage their arthritis and actively campaign to improve services nationally and locally.

Currently there is no cure for arthritis and, with an ageing population the numbers of people affected are increasing all the time. By choosing to remember Arthritis Care in your will, you will help to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis in the future.

Why I remembered Arthritis Care in my will

‘When my arthritis forced me into early retirement, I became very lonely and depressed. One day I called the Arthritis Care helpline and shared my worries with someone who understood and cared.

‘The best thing I did was to sign up for their Challenging Arthritis course. It made me realise there were things I could do to make life easier. I’ve enjoyed a whole new lease of life – thanks to one organisation.

‘Arthritis Care put me in charge of my arthritis and I believe everyone deserves access to their fantastic services. That’s why I’ve remembered Arthritis Care in my will.’
