Arthritis Care has a network of branches and groups, spread across the UK. To participate in branch activities you will need to be a member:
- Join online by credit or debit card
- Member discounts
- Download our membership form
- Update your membership details
Alternatively, join by visiting a branch or group in your area.

Information about branches and groups
Run by volunteers, Arthritis Care's branches and groups provide important services:
- a social network
- support through sharing experiences
- providing information through Arthritis Care publications and guest speakers
- ways of managing arthritis, including exercise classes and hydrotherapy
- generating awareness locally about arthritis and Arthritis Care
- becoming involved in campaigning activities
