The helplines team understand that some people do not always want to talk over the phone to access information and support.
In response to this they came up with an innovative way to offer confidential support and advice to people via social media.
They are there to answer all questions. Private messages are welcome and the service can be used to get a confidential reply.

The professional helplines service also gained the Quality Standard Accreditation from the Telephone Helplines Association
