Arthritis Care’s board of trustees governs the charity.

Smaller groups of trustees oversee the different parts of the charity in sub committees. These are the public affairs committee, the audit committee, the pensions committee, the operations and resources committee, and the national/regional chairs trustees and directors committee.

The chief executive reports to the board of trustees. He has an executive assistant.

There are three UKdirectorates within Arthritis Care (resources and finance, fundraising and communications, and operations).

There are three National and three regional directorates (Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales; North, Central and South England) who report through the operations director.
